Actually, I really like to eat there, but today I was definitely there for the last time. The mood was very bad there because the employees turned on each other. Then older women work there who really don't know what to do themselves. Another young lady had to go from A to B and was also very overwhelmed. As a guest, I don't want to hear the staff insulting each other, it was really very uncomfortable for us. Another customer even tweeted and left because he just wasn't served. Professionalism looks different to me!

The hammer, great Turkish food, lovingly presented. Absolutely great taste, great selection of dishes. Very friendly staff, you get a tea after your meal, perfect. Very tasty Turkish food and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was always friendly and was able to help me with dishes that were strange to me and recommend something to me. Tried the lamb skewer and it was delicious.

The ambience is nice, but that's about it. The main thing is the food .. Food was really not recommendable, I make the chicken soup even better myself, the starter plate was ok, but the rice was tasteless just like the potatoes were not seasoned and it arrived cold at the table. So sorry, but the price of the food is far too arrogant and just because it is in Düsseldorf doesn't mean anything, if the food was top then you would be happy to pay for it! The staff is unfriendly and stressed, so you don't win any customers and after paying the bill was taken with us without asking whether we want to keep it, on closer inspection it was noticed that the bill looked pretty used up like self-printed. Conclusion: once & never again!

The waitress forgot the order 3 times Serve whole. The doner plate was anything but tasty, very oily and the meat is mostly full of fat. Portions for the prices where you have are also overpriced. The lamb shredded for 14 euros it was a portion for children and rice was cold and Instead of serving garlic sauce, I was served tzatziki dip. And pretended that garlic sauce was already in the meat. I would have loved to give zero stars but have to give at least one.

The best Turkish food with excellent quality and reasonable prices

First time I've been to a Turkish restaurant. I was surprised how delicious the pide was. The inside of the restaurant is very stylish, the prices are okay. Only the card could be a little nicer!

Sooooooo where do I start? I'll pardon the rudeness of the waitress since she did apologize. What I can't understand are the positive reviews. The service was the worst I've ever seen and trust me I'm a foodie. I requested that our table should be cleaned but it wasn't. Still I decided to give it a shot and eat there. The waitress then came with a better attitude but the food was not fresh, the vegetables were cold, the fish was raw in the middle, we had to ask for bread since we were given nothing to eat our food with although according to the menu we should have had rice or fries. No apologies nothing. I couldn't eat even the salad, how can you mess up salad? Anyway, never ever again. Stay away from this place.

I was in Düsseldorf for a few days on vacation and had heard good things about this restaurant. The service was very good and the food tasted very good. Have never eaten so good Turkish cuisine. Recommend it gladly for everyone who likes Turkish specialties.

Best turkish food in town

Pretty nice good special lentils soup and I have tried one meal made of meat and mushrooms in awesome sauce.

Most of the food is very delicious here. Their daily menu is also good and the amount of food is also more than enough. The atmosphere sometimes gets too chaotic, and I think it's because of the location being close to the central station. In the over crowded hours the waiters are also angry themselves.

Really nice Turkish food, reasonably priced close to Düsseldorf Central Station

Very good turkish restaurant directly at the central train station in Duesseldorf. Nice staff only reason I rated with four stars is the surroundings at the central station, could be much nicer. The restaurant itself is 4,5 stars clearly!

My döner was not very good; too much fat and undercooked; not tasty or pleasant to eat. The accompanying sauce, rice and fresh salad were good. My partner’s meal was good. Excellent homemade ayran. Reasonable prices. Service was friendly though the staff didn’t understand me very well.
